We are hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a multi-phase SAP implementation within a CDMO/life sciences environment. Phase 1 focuses on PM and FICO modules, while Phase 2 covers the remaining SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle SAP implementations, starting with PM and FICO modules.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.

• Ensure cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation.

• Lead stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives.

• Report project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years SAP project management experience with multiple full-cycle rollouts.

• Background in life science or pharmaceutical industries.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP/GxP compliance and regulatory environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
