The Role

To be successful in the role you will have the following experience and skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent proven experience/eminence) in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP platform and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, MDG and related technologies.
• Good understanding of the SAP product strategy and several SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, BTP, and WM
• Experience in successfully applying the SAP Activate methodology in large scale implementations
• Leadership Skills: Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. 
• Customer Focus: Exceptional customer management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems and proposals in a compelling manner
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions driving continuous improvement in the sales process.

Preferred Skills and Experiences: 

• Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, BTP, Success Factors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa.
• Experience with multi-tier / hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises.
• Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance) and their unique SAP requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
• SCRUM or Project Management skills
• Basic TI knowledge (architectural)
• Organization and planning skills
• Teamwork with “one team” philosophy
• Fluent in English (written and verbal – OR OTHER RELEVANT LANGUAGE, AS NEEDED)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• MS Project or other Project Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
