Responsibilities of Senior SCM architect is to lead and design cutting-edge Supply chain planning and procurement solutions for iHerb. This role is crucial in driving data-driven supply chain transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data management, analytics, and technology solutions that enhance end to end supply chain operations. The resource will act as a liaison between the IT teams, AMS teams, IM&P (planning), Sourcing and Operations teams at iHerb. 


Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Lead the design authority of high volume enterprise applications, components, interfaces that follow best architecture practices, optimize performance, stability & scalability by designs across ERP SCM landscape 
  • Deliver roadmap sessions to stakeholders, ensuring thorough design and end to end enterprise life cycle of the project ensuring business is clear on the journey to leveraging value from ERP solution platform
  • Develop and oversee ended-to-end architecture comprising of SAP IBP, ARIBA, and S/4 SCM solutions to meet iHerb business requirements
  • Perform Fit-gap analysis in order to close the gap between strategy and execution via best practice SCM process flow while focusing on business priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs and work towards validation of changes with business using established change management procedures
  • Lead data management initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of supply chain data across multiple systems
  • Implement scalable data models and architectures, enabling advanced analytics and actionable insights for informed decision making
  • Develop advanced data analytics capabilities to monitor key performance metrics, forecast demand, optimize inventory levels and enhance supply chain visibility
  • Knowledge of Industry Trends and foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to drive process efficiency and cost optimization
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly review SCM processes to assess efficiency, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to increase SCM proficiency within the organization
  • Ability to drive results, and inspires stakeholders with reliable decisions in a complex environment
  • Participate in architecture guilds and other relevant groups to learn and share SCM knowledge

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or information technology or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of Proven technical and solution expertise and experience across multiple ERP products focusing on SCM and ERP IT support. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodology and public/private cloud
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Project management experience, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Employees will also be eligible for Time Off and Paid Sick Leave pursuant to the company’s policies. Hired applicant may be awarded Restrict Stock Units and receive annual bonuses pursuant to eligibility and performance criteria defined in the respective plan documents and policies.
