In this role, you will

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain custom ABAP solutions within SAP HCM / Core HR
  • Work with reports (ALV, HR logical databases, etc.), interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, etc.), enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, etc.), forms (SmartForms, Payslips, etc.). And HR-related developments such as payroll schemas and rules (PCRs), time evaluation schemas and infotypes
  • Support and troubleshoot existing SAP HR solutions and integrations
  • Analyse and resolve complex incidents, technical issues, and change requests
  • Support developments related to Payroll, Time Management, and HR master data
  • Ensure performance, stability, and best practices across ABAP developments
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, Basis, and Security teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Strada Luxembourg to balance workload between Strada Granada and Luxembourg
  • Contribute to technical improvements, optimisations, and documentation activities

We are looking for you with

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent by experience
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in French & English
  • Good knowledge in SAP HCM when it comes to: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Development / Talent Management (PD/TM)
  • Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards

It would be a plus if you also have

  • Experience with SAP Time management and/or SAP Payroll management
  • Experience with project implementations
  • ECP/HCM Certifications
  • ABAP certification
