Job Description
- In this position, you continuously develop concepts, processes, and IT applications for our SAP HCM application landscape, acting as a key expert for HR customers regarding the German SAP time management module.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for implementing metal tariff agreements and ensuring the resolution of incidents and change requests, primarily within the SAP HCM PT area, to maintain smooth system operations.
- You provide technical consulting for PA support in S/4 and Employee Central projects, contributing to the successful integration and optimization of HR processes.
- A significant part of your role involves close collaboration with German customers as well as geographically distributed IT teams across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in Business informatics or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; Ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial
- Personality and Working Practice: your confident appearance distinguishes you, you have a very good self-organization, you see yourself as a team player; your customer and solution-oriented nature complements your overall profile
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in distributed teams of customers, consultants and in international teams of software developers and external service providers.
- Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
