Role

Working collaboratively alongside the case controllers and IT CAM of the account to deliver  IT services across the integrated scope for the assigned Account and own integrated view of the system corresponding to the functional responsibilities assigned

Responsibilities

In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:

  • Analyse client business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.
  • Configure SAP HR modules (Payroll, Time, pre/post-payroll) and adapt solutions to country-specific legislation.
  • Design and present conceptual prototypes and process solutions.
  • Estimate project effort and plan resources effectively.
  • Lead testing, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and ensure smooth implementation across environments.
  • Support clients and internal teams on system functionality and best practices.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and integrate new requirements into the solution.
  • Provide training and mentor team members to support capability growth.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and act as a functional reference for SAP HR.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in SAP HR processes, legislation, and market trends.

Required Skills:
 

A successful candidate will provide the following professional background:

  • Experience in the functional domains, understanding the system requirements, translating those into technical specifications
  • Experience in planning work, quality controls, communication and coordination with team agents
  • Ability to interact across other business lines of the organization
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in supporting customers with successful track record.
  • Experience in customer communication skills
  • Experience of working in a global environment.
  • Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics and measures

  • Capability to optimise human and material resources for service delivery.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
