The Role
The consultant has deep expertise in at least one SAP HCM module and is recognized as a trusted authority within their domain. They are responsible for defining, negotiating, and executing project tasks across all development phases to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
They actively contribute to training and knowledge transfer initiatives and work closely with other Strada teams to identify and deliver the best technical and functional solutions.
Responsibilities
In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific responsibilities for this position include:
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues within the SAP HCM environment, which may include standard SAP HCM or the SAP EuHReka (NGA HR) platform — covering programming, portal workflows, payroll schema adjustments, time management, legal reporting, and form configuration (SmartForms, SAPscript, etc.).
- Collaborate on service improvements for both customer-specific solutions and the broader SAP/HCM platform.
- Define and document technical designs, data structures, and application flows based on functional requirements.
- Perform integrated testing to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across projects.
- Apply structured problem-solving and project management methodologies.
- Maintain relevant technical certifications and stay up to date with SAP technologies.
- Propose and implement solutions that enhance performance, quality, and service efficiency.
- Act as a technical reference within the team, ensuring delivery quality, productivity, and profitability of assigned tasks.
