SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - LATAM

Activities under your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
  • Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
  • Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
  • Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
  • Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
  • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Colombia, Chile or Mexico payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
  • Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
