Job Summary
Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate SAP HCM Consultant to work from our offices located in Lisbon, Braga, and Coimbra. Applicants must have experience in SAP HCM solutions.
Selected candidates will take part in SAP projects for global & leading companies across Europe.
Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions
-
Design, configure, test, and document HCM processes such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service
-
Collaborate with functional teams (HR, IT, and business) to integrate SAP HCM with other SAP modules
-
Provide support for data migration, system upgrades, and continuous improvements
Qualifications:
-
Experience in SAP HCM implementation and support
-
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and HR processes (Personnel Admin, Payroll, Time Management, etc.)
-
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration, security roles, and reporting tools
-
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR cloud solutions (a plus)

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration of HR systems

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and cloud-based HR solutions
