- Responsible for creating e-Learning content using various applications that leverage videos, voiceovers, screenshots, images, explainer videos and other digital tools to deliver clear, concise and engaging training
- Responsible for developing templates and technical documents including informational communications, How-To guides, and SOPs
- Responsible for managing, updating mandatory and elective IT and digital security training programs in and outside of the LMS
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce e-Learning for other business functions, team members, partners, and internal technical audiences.
- Build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business personnel by understanding training requirements
- Build trust through professional and transparent communications and advising on e-Learning features and best practices
- Create storyboards and outlines to review with stakeholders
- Revise content based on feedback, LMS data analytics, and SME input
- Seek opportunities to increase engagement by improving and continuously delivering quality content
- Collaborate with global teams to tailor content (as required) for regions and in additional languages.
- Responsible for contacting content provider/vendor for any purchased course content updates and/or corrections
- Maintain the IT training calendar and suggest e-learning and security topics that are timely and relevant
- Responsible for collaborating with the LMS administrator to ensure training is uploaded, tested and assigned to the right target groups on-time
- Monitor LMS data analytics to surface issues and opportunities
- Collaborate with the digital analytics team to ensure that LMS/training metrics and dashboards are up to date and accurate
- Deliver quarterly and year-end reports to the appropriate leader on IT/Digital Security course completion statistics including analysis of regional, functional and other trends
- Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the Digital Security and Information Technology (knowledge base/training) content on SharePoint
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in all touch points
