As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting expertise in SAP functional implementation, process improvement and re-engineering.

Summary of Position:
As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting expertise in SAP functional implementation, process improvement and re-engineering.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives. This involves conducting workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather comprehensive requirements.
- Solution Design: Translating business requirements into SAP solutions. This includes configuring SAP modules, customizing functionalities, and designing processes that align with business goals while adhering to best practices.
- Implementation: Leading or supporting the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. This may involve data migration, system integration, and user training.
- Testing: Conducting rigorous testing to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP solutions. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and rectify any issues.
- Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates to optimize system performance and usability.
- SAP MM (Materials Management): Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and integration with other SAP module.
- Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P): Comprehensive understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes.
- SAP Concur and SAP Ariba Integrations: Experience integrating SAP systems with Concur (travel and expense) and Ariba (procurement and supplier collaboration.
- SAP Service Master set up and SAP Budgeting configurations
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform): Development and extension of SAP applications, integration capabilities, and Python for custom development (secondary skill)
- SAP GUI Configuration: Especially for systems running on SAP HANA
- SAP Fiori: Front-end development using tile-based user interfaces, UX design and customization
- Java or Python Development: For custom backend services or integration scenarios within the SAP ecosystem. (good to have experience)
Additional Capabilities
- Custom Development: Building tailored solutions using SAP BTP and integrating with external platforms
- Cross-functional Expertise: Bridging technical and functional domains to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Valid B1/ H1 visa
