This position is Remote to work with a US Company.

You will serve as a key SAP Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS), configuring and customizing solutions to meet business needs while ensuring seamless integration and system optimization. This role supports implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support activities to deliver reliable and scalable SAP EMS solutions for enterprise clients.

• Configure, customize, and support SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) in alignment with business and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications related to entitlement, usage rights, and licensing models.
• Provide functional expertise throughout the SAP EMS implementation and post-go-live lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EMS-related issues, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Document functional configurations, changes, and process flows for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
• Support integrations between SAP EMS and other SAP modules or external systems where applicable.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP EMS best practices and potential process improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively within agile or project-based environments.

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
• Strong, hands-on experience with SAP EMS (Entitlement Management System).
• Solid understanding of entitlement models, usage rights, licensing, and contract-based scenarios.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, or rollouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience documenting and presenting functional designs and configurations.

• Experience integrating SAP EMS with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries.
• Background in nearshore or remote SAP support environments.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and integration touchpoints.
