Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Lead to join our team, specialising in Finance Processes & Systems. This role will focus on leveraging expertise in SAP ECC, NetSuite, HANA S4, and transformation projects to optimize and enhance our financial systems and processes. The SAP Finance Lead will have a strong background in finance, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in consulting and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Process Optimisation: Analyse and optimise finance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation and integration of finance systems, including SAP ECC, NetSuite, and HANA S4.
- Transformation Projects: Drive transformation initiatives to modernize and enhance financial systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP ECC, NetSuite, and HANA S4.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for finance processes, system configurations, and project deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance finance systems and processes.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance systems consulting, with a strong focus on SAP ECC, NetSuite, and HANA S4.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of finance processes and systems, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC, NetSuite, and HANA S4.
- Transformation Experience: Proven experience in leading transformation projects within finance applications.
- Consulting Background: Previous experience in a consulting role is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
