Job Summary
The SAP AR Lead Consultant will play a key leadership role in driving finance transformation initiatives, focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of SAP FI-AR solutions.
- Drive end-to-end O2C process design including billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and credit controls.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve AR operational efficiency.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and prepare functional designs.
- Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, and technical teams for end-to-end integration.
- Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Design and review functional specifications for RICEF developments.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of SAP experience
- Minimum 5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience focused on FI-AR
- SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
- Experience with RISE with SAP / cloud-based SAP deployments
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations, including at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations
- At least 5 years of team lead experience managing 3 or more team members
- Experience working with 20+ company codes and/or plants
