We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Solutions Architect to join our team and lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end SAP Finance solutions, guiding solution architecture decisions, leading customer workshops, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead the design of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across FI/CO processes.
- Define solution architecture and cross-module integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
- Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while owning solution design and delivery, aligning business needs with implementation strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, guiding functional teams, and ensuring solution quality through implementation and go-live.
Your Expertise:
- 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including solution design and architecture.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA experience and at least four full-cycle implementations, preferably in a lead or architect role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and cross-module integration.
- Extensive knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and regulatory legislation, with the ability to translate legal requirements into SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client discussions, present recommendations, and bridge business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to drive decisions and resolve complex issues.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid passport and U.S. B1/B2 visa.
- Willingness to travel 40%–60% to client sites, including internationally.
