You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence. We ask that you have a good understanding and exposure in SAP modules around FICO (Financial and Controlling) and its integration with other modules such as SD, MM and PP. You will develop and support knowledge transfer documentations and process. You will report to SAP CoE Operations FICO Lead, APAC.
Key Responsibilities

You will build knowledge of the SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning

You will gather and analyze Business requirements for improvements and implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, following SAP standard and to the PPG SAP S/4 Global template.

You will have a dual purpose of leading small projects and long-term support which will includes hands-on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support in both SAP S/4 and ECC.

You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders

You will need to quickly develop good understanding of our Finance and Controlling across the globe (within 3 months)

You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible
Qualifications
-
A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or business-related field is required.

Min 3 years’ experience with process knowledge of Finance and Controlling (FICO), especially in the Controlling area and its integration with other modules such as SD, MM and PP

Related working experience in SAP support environment or SAP project implementation in Manufacturing and Finance and Controlling

Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents and SAP CFIN (Central of Finance) is a plus.

Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions

Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) including technical writing
