SAP FICO Lead
Role Summary
Flowserve is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead / SAP Record to Report Global Business Analyst to support the Finance thread within our S/4 program. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR, ensuring high-quality solutions, enterprise enablement, and alignment with global business process standards, corporate governance, and statutory requirements.
You will work closely with SAP consultants, business analysts, regional and global business partners, and the production support team to support implementation, improvement, and operational excellence across the finance landscape.
Responsibilities
Provide functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR
Support the delivery of SAP implementation and improvement projects across multiple regions
Ensure functional and process quality throughout project life cycles
Partner with SAP consultants, business analysts, and global/regional stakeholders
Work closely with the production support team to resolve issues and improve processes
Support enterprise-wide standardization and global business enablement
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, high-quality resolutions
Contribute to business process improvement and KPI maturity roadmaps
Support data acquisition, normalization, reporting, and publishing activities where applicable
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in finance-related processes and reporting
Manage multiple priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines
Travel internationally and domestically as required, up to 25–50%
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
At least 2–3 SAP implementation life cycles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Leadership capability and the ability to lead people, teams, and projects
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Preferred Experience / Skills
Manufacturing industry experience
Knowledge of SAP PS integration
Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, BPC, Power BI, and MS Office
Experience with SQL, data engineering, and data analytics
Python programming knowledge is an advantage
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive desired outcomes
