Position Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Work arrangements options:

• Hybrid set up at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig office (3 days from office and 2 days from home)
• Role also open for remote set up

Position Overview:
As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions that meet our clients' financial and controlling needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to ensure that SAP FICO is seamlessly integrated into the business and supports their financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes and proven expertise in SAP FICO module implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP FICO Module Implementation:
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to meet client-specific requirements in financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Financial Accounting (FI) Processes:
  • Configure SAP FI functionalities such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Ensure smooth processing of financial transactions and reporting to support business operations.
• Controlling (CO) Processes:
  • Configure SAP CO functionalities such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Implement controlling processes to enable cost tracking and financial performance management.
• Integration and Collaboration:
  • Ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) to support cross-functional business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and ABAP developers to develop and enhance custom solutions.
• Customization and Enhancement:
  • Analyze and address gaps between business requirements and SAP FICO functionality by designing custom solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom reports, workflows, and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Support and Training:
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO issues, including troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP FICO modules.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools such as SAP Query, Report Painter, and other reporting functionalities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and process documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
• In-depth understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Expertise in configuring SAP FICO functionalities such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Experience with SAP FICO reporting tools such as SAP Query and Report Painter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
