직무 소개

SAP ERP 팀을 지원하여 SAP 재무 및 회계 모듈을 구성하고 지원합니다. 본 직무는 비즈니스 목표 달성을 위해 분석 능력, 비즈니스 지식, SAP 솔루션 전문성을 활용하여 SAP 기술을 비즈니스 환경에 효과적으로 접목시키는 역할을 수행합니다.

업무 내용

• IT 및 재무회계 팀과 협업하여 비즈니스 팀을 위한 신규 설계, 요구사항, 솔루션을 구현하고 SAP을 활용하여 업무 처리를 자동화
• 사용자가 데이터를 분석하고 신속하게 운영할 수 있도록 비즈니스 요구사항을 시스템에 적용
• 요구사항을 수집하고, IT 관점에서 신규 기술/제품 또는 컨설팅을 제공
• 인시던트를 해결하거나 사용자 요구사항을 분석하여 비즈니스와 IT 간의 중재 역할을 수행
• 트러블슈팅, 버그 수정, 테스트 및 배포를 진행
• 프로세스 플로우를 설계하고, 문제를 식별하여 솔루션으로 해결
• 사용 시나리오 기반의 포괄적인 기능 테스트 스크립트를 구현/설계

자격 요건

• SAP FCM 모듈에서 최소 6년 이상의 비즈니스 분석 또는 유지보수 경력을 보유하신 분
• S4 Hana 프로젝트 또는 유지보수 경력을 보유하신 분
• 신규/기존 개발을 위한 기능/기술 명세서를 이해하고 사용자 교육 및 트레이닝한 경험을 보유하신 분
• 이해관계자와의 관계 관리 능력(50-100명 이상 유저 대상): 독립적인 리더로서 핵심 및 최종 사용자 교육, 신규 프로세스 또는 기능 구현 능력을 보유하신 분
• 표준 SAP 및 업계 모범 사례 기반의 솔루션 제안 능력을 보유하신 분
• 신규 법인 대상 SAP 롤아웃 (2회 이상 라이프사이클) 경험을 보유하신 분
• 재무회계 이론 및 PM 방법론에 대한 심도 깊은 이해도를 보유하신 분
• 기능적 및 기술적 솔루션에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분
• 문제 해결 능력을 실제 해결 사례로 입증하고, SAP 시스템 설정(IMG) 문제를 이해하고 해결할 수 있어야 하며 사용자에게 더 나은 솔루션 제공 능력을 보유하신 분

Role Overview 

SAP FICO Business Analyst will assist the SAP ERP team to configure and support SAP Finance and Accounting modules. This role uses analytical skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment in order to achieve business goals.

What You Will Do

• Work collaboratively with IT & Finance Accounting team to make implement new designs , requirements, and solutions for business teams; automate business transaction by using SAP.
• Apply business requirement to system so that users can analyze data and make their operation proceed quickly.
• Gather requirements, Provide new technologies/product or Consulting as IT perspective.
• Resolve incident or Analyze user requirement; mediate between business and IT.
• Troubleshooting, Bug fix, Testing and Deployment.
• Design process flows, identify issues and resolve with solutions.
• Implement /design comprehensive functional test scripts based on usage scenarios.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years’ BA or maintenance experience in a minimum of SAP FCM modules.
• S4 Hana project or maintenance experience.
• Experience in understanding and training Functional/Technical specifications for new/existing developments is required.
• Stakeholder management : Be an independent leader, ability to train core and end business users, implement new process or function is required. (50-100+ users)
• Ability to propose solutions based on standard SAP and Industry best practices is required.
• SAP rollout experience (>2 lifecycles) for new entities.
• Deeply understanding finance accounting theory and a PM methodology.
• Demonstrable experience understanding both functional and technical solutions.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills through resolution, understanding SAP system configuration(IMG) issues and how to resolve those issues / Provide better solutions to users.
• Demonstrable experience of SAP Deployments, Process Governance and Continuous Improvement.
• Skill of educating and training users.
• Fluent in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Consultant Certificate (FI/CO) / ABAP Certificate.
• Fluent in English (for reporting/documentation/meeting).
• FICO Principle knowledge with related certifications.
• Global implementation experience.
• Knowledge/Experience of SOX Compliance or Audit response experience.

Document Return Policy

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
2. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
