The Role
Leads the SAP FI Finance workstream for an S/4HANA transformation, owning Finance design, build, testing, deployment, migration, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and business adoption. Manages GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, IFRS 16, Advanced Financial Closing, Accrual Engine, and Group Reporting integration. Engages Finance executives, leads governance and design authority sessions, manages functional consultants, and drives business sign-offs.

provide overall accountability for Finance design, build, testing, deployment and

This role is a work stream leadership role interacting directly with
Finance executives and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP FI delivery across the program.
• Drive fit-to-standard workshops.
• Lead functional design decisions.
• Manage GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and New GL scope.
• Support IFRS 16, Advanced Financial Closing and Accrual Engine deployment.
• Support Group Reporting integration.
• Manage Finance defects and testing activities.
• Support Data Migration and Reconciliation.
• Drive UAT and business sign-offs.
• Lead Finance cutover readiness.
• Support Hypercare.
