The Role

Lead the SAP FI finance workstream for an S/4HANA transformation, overseeing design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, adoption, and hypercare. Manage GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, New GL, IFRS 16, Advanced Financial Closing, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting integration, defects, migration, reconciliation, UAT, and sign-offs. Engage executives, lead design authority sessions, manage consultants, support governance forums, and provide accountability for Finance delivery.

This role is a work stream leadership role interacting directly with Finance executives and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI delivery across the program.

• Drive fit-to-standard workshops.

• Lead functional design decisions.

• Manage GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and New GL scope.

• Support IFRS 16, Advanced Financial Closing and Accrual Engine deployment.

• Support Group Reporting integration.

• Manage Finance defects and testing activities.

• Support Data Migration and Reconciliation.

• Drive UAT and business sign-offs.

• Lead Finance cutover readiness.

• Support Hypercare.

Mandatory Experience

• 10+ years SAP FI.

• Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

• Engage with Finance executives and business leadership.
