cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced team member to join our team in support of configuration of the SAP Financials (FI) and Funds Management (FM) functionality for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes participating in Business Process Re-engineering sessions to analyze the current Business Process in existing ECC systems and how they need to be designed when transitioning into a consolidated SAP S/4 environment. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing the existing SAP Financials (FI) and Funds Management (FM) related Business Processes and Configurations in SAP ECC.
- Support BPR workshops to architect how the FI/FM Business Processes should be re-engineered to be implemented in a consolidated SAP S/4 environment.
- Research the best practices recommended for implementing the processes in SAP S/4.
- Configure the end-to-end SAP FI/FM related capabilities in SAP S/4 IMG based on agreed upon requirements
- Demonstrate the configuration in SAP S/4 IMG to the BRP team members with recommendations on how the processes should work in the future to-be environment.
- Develop configuration tasks plan and assign tasks to support development of the capabilities using agile sprints.
- Document the configuration activities.
- Prepare and present briefings to the client and program leads on approach, courses of action and implementation status.
Requirements:
- Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience: 10 years of related work experience
- Skills:
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC6.0 implementations serving as lead configurator for FI/FM modules.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP FI/FM experience with an advanced understanding of the roles and tasks involved.
- Minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in designing and configuring Available Controls in SAP FM.
- Experience with generating configuration plans and tasks to configure the capabilities in the system.
- Experience with agile delivery methodology using bi-weekly sprints.
- Hands-on experience in configuring business processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 IMG
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices related to FI and FIM.
- Expertise in analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
- Experience in planning and leading requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and functional POC’s preferably in the Federal government sector
- Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Able to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors. Strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to cross-functional teams, experience with working complex projects remotely
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive client leadership
- Ability to work cross-functionally, and participate in discussions
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without any supervision
- Driven, self-directed personality
