REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO consulting with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or On-Premise) implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BL), CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing) and at least one of the following:
- Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM)
- Cash Management
- Capable of leading client workshops, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and end-to-end project execution.
- Proven ability to work with clients across industries and translate business challenges into SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (business and technical).
- Strong documentation capabilities (process flows, config rationale, test scripts, cutover plans).
- Self-driven and structured approach to task and time management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workstreams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members, leading functional delivery streams and experience conducting end-user training.
- SAP FI/CO certification preferred; understanding of Group Reporting, Treasury, or localization is a plus.
- Business-level English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Engagement & Solution Design
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops and blueprint sessions for R2R (FI/CO) processes, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices.
- Guide clients in optimizing financial processes for scalability, compliance, and usability.
- Own the functional solution design, including cross-module (SD, MM, PS) and third-party system integration.
- Process Design & Documentation
- Translate complex business needs into functional designs, user stories, configuration, and test scenarios.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including architecture diagrams, use cases, configuration guides, test scripts, and cutover plans.
- Project Delivery & Implementation
- Manage the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases.
- Lead critical project activities such as UAT execution, cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live readiness.
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization, ensuring solution effectiveness and user adoption.
- Agile Team Leadership
- Act as the functional lead for the FI-CO stream within cross-functional Agile project teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with technical consultants and other functional streams to ensure seamless system integration and end-to-end performance.
- Handle change requests, issue resolution, and escalations independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor junior consultants by guiding their project contributions, allocating tasks, and supporting their learning.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and help standardize delivery practices across the FI-CO team.
- Pre-Sales & Client Development
- Support RFI/RFP processes, including scoping, solution design input, estimation, and delivery of client presentations and demos.s.
