As a SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FI/CO modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, Controlling, and Accounting to translate business requirements into efficient, compliant, and scalable SAP solutions. Your role will focus on enhancing financial processes and reporting accuracy while promoting best practices within the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in national and international SAP projects.
• Define and document functional specifications.
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and communication.
• Ensure stable operation of the SAP FI/CO landscape.
• Analyze and resolve system incidents and change requests.
• Perform regular system configuration, maintenance, and testing.
• Work closely with SAP module experts and external partners.
• Support and integrate external tools.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Contribute to internal controls and audit trails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 6–8 years in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Experience in full SAP project lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BA) and CO (CCA, IO, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA).
• Understanding of SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, and integration with other SAP modules.
• SAP Certification preferred.
• International rollout and S/4HANA experience preferred.
• ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• English fluent; German is a strong plus
