Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a SAP (FI-CA) Application Expert at H&M Group, you will maintain and develop the SAP application, identify gaps and solutions, and bridge business functions with the technical team. You'll work on global rollouts and strategic maintenance, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in financial and supply chain solutions. This role offers ample opportunities for learning and development.

In addition to the above, your role will involve: 

You will enable business development by your system and business knowledge, where you propose and design high level changes for future solutions and guide in questions regarding design of roll-out or other projects to secure the global template. Furthermore, you will:

  • Collaborate with Product managers to gather and prioritize requirements for ongoing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of complex SAP FI-CA solutions.
  • Work with best practices for the full software implementation life cycle. This includes configuration in SAP, planning and executing tests, planning and execution of production deploy, and support for a limited period after go-live.
  • Optimize existing SAP solutions for performance and efficiency.
  • Play a key role in integration efforts with other SAP modules (SD & GL) and external systems, overseeing data mapping and transformation processes.
  • Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to SAP FI-CA functionality, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
  • Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors on specialized SAP FI-CA initiatives.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

SAP Customer Order to Cash is an enabling team and an important stakeholder within the E-commerce IT landscape for H&M group. The mission is to seamlessly integrate legally compliant sales data into SAP ECC, ensuring efficient payment processes, and delivering end-to-end accounting and controlling solutions. Operating with high volume, speed, and quality, we take responsibility from available stock to customer, supporting Omni capabilities across store and online channels. Whether through our own channels or external partners, we specialize in Business to Consumer, managing online invoices and serving as a reliable source of sales data for stakeholders. 

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you have a solid experience in SAP FI-CA area regarding design, concepts, principles and configurations. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team and you understand the importance of sharing knowledge as well as being communicative. Furthermore, we believe that you have:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in SAP FI-CA module, including participation in 2 implementations and 1 support project.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of SD-FI-CA integration.
  • Payment Process Knowledge: Familiar with Business-to-Consumer payment processes.
  • Process Configuration: Skilled in configuring inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
  • Personal Attributes: Dynamic, collaborative, and curious.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to working in environments that may not be fully formalized.
  • Agile Practices: Experienced in working with agile methodologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Additional beneficial competences: 

  • ABAP debugging skills.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with external systems. 
  • Experience within Agile ways of working is of great use. 
  • Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented. 
  • Experience working with S4.
  • Experience in SAP Retail is an added advantage.
