For one of our brands – Dematic - we are currently looking for SAP EWM Consultant, who will support SAP Logistics Solutions Team and contribute to innovative solutions that it implements. As part of a growing team of SAP EWM experts you’ll define and implement complex logistic requirements based on the SAP platform. This includes automatic components, e.g. Shuttles, Conveyors, Cranes or Robots, as well as manual logistic processes. Responsibilities:
- Draw up specifications and requirement specifications, as well as detailed functional specifications. Concepts in cooperation with the Tech Project Managers
- Advise customers on processes in the SAP EWM environment and are responsible for customizing
- Detailed description of functional concepts, changes and change requests
- Conduct commissioning, Ramp Up and key user training on site (domestic / international)
- Visit customers to work with them on system improvements / changes / there operative daily business processes
- Responsible for/coordinate in-house & system tests of the software developed, document the test results and follow up the troubleshooting
- Support project teams during realization and integration phase
- Detailed documentation of faults, functional specifications, and trainings
- Assist project and technical engineers to integrate the more complex software components into Dematic warehouse systems
- Support the continuous improvement of the Dematic SAP Namespace / AddOns
- Estimate time to complete of new and existing customer requirements
- Deliver projects and tasks on time and within budget
- Lead a value engineering approach to ensure cost efficient solutions are designed that achieve company goals for profit, service and support
- Write and review customer documentation
Technology Stack you will work with:
- SAP ECC system (module EWM) with ABAP stack
- SAP S/4 Hana
- SAP EWM module
- Jira, TestRail, Confluence
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Very good level of knowledge regarding SAP EWM
- Customizing Skills within the SAP environment
- Connecting sub systems to the SAP landscape (e.g. highbay, conveyors, RF devices, scales, etc.)
- Understanding of SAP specific technologies (tRFC, qRFC, bgRFC, oData, ABAP WebServices)
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems; good knowledge of automated warehouse processes
- A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Informatics
- English – fluent
- Polish – fluent
- Team player
- Problem-solving thinking and mentality
- Customer-oriented attitude, good communication skills
- Willingness to travel – approx. 25%
