Here at DXC Technology we continue to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for a senior SAP Enterprise Architect to join our team.

You are someone that actively wants to be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal from participating in the initial sales engagement through to supporting our delivery colleagues in the execution with your subject matter expertise.

You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts both in the UK and in Europe and across multiple industries.

We are a virtual first company so you will be based at home with minimal travel.

About the Role

Opportunity Analysis

  • Understand the client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP)
  • You must have deep expertise in creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of S4HANA, expertise in the S/4Hana Cloud roadmap, including RISE. You must be able to apply this expertise to create proposals (Bids) and to oversee, improve and upgrade client enterprise systems and services
  • Validate opportunities by understanding the business challenges, current technology architecture and scope of work and how it matches to DXC’s capability and offering strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the SAP enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and futureproofing of SAP investments.
  • Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA adoption, SAP Cloud strategy (RISE with SAP), and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT and Senior Business leaders to define SAP’s role within the enterprise IT landscape.
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP solution design, ensuring best practices in process optimisation and system integration.
  • Act as the key decision-maker for SAP governance, security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Drive SAP architecture standardisation, ensuring consistency across all business units.
  • Ensure SAP’s seamless integration with non-SAP systems, third-party applications, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide leadership to SAP functional and technical teams, guiding them on solution feasibility and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of SAP innovations and advise on emerging trends, such as AI/ML in SAP, SAP BTP, and intelligent automation.

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect with expertise in designing large-scale SAP landscapes.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud (RISE with SAP), and SAP integration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, including hybrid cloud, data management, and security principles.
  • Proven experience in business process transformation and SAP governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with senior executives and business leaders to align SAP strategies with business goals.
  • Expertise in SAP interoperability with non-SAP applications, including API-led connectivity and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies for enterprise architecture planning.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
