Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Emarsys Consultant to drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of SAP Emarsys solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Emarsys' marketing automation capabilities, data-driven customer engagement strategies, and integration with SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. We are seeking an individual with experience in at least two end-to-end Emarsys projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Emarsys to meet business requirements; Develop and execute omnichannel marketing automation campaigns, ensuring effective customer engagement; Work closely with business stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into Emarsys solutions; Optimize customer segmentation, personalization, and analytics capabilities within Emarsys; Integrate SAP Emarsys with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud, and other third-party platforms; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Emarsys configurations and performance; Provide training and documentation to end users, ensuring adoption and best practices; Stay updated on Emarsys product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Emarsys implementation and campaign management
- Strong expertise in marketing automation, personalization, and AI-driven customer engagement; Experience integrating Emarsys with SAP CX solutions, CRM, or ERP systems; Knowledge of customer journey mapping, data modeling, and segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and social media integrations; Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- SAP Emarsys certification (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with B2B and B2C marketing strategies; Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations; Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or financial services industries.
