We are seeking a talented SAP EHS Support Specialist to join our team in Manesar, Gurgaon. As a key member of the MKS Business Teams, you will focus on EHS functional aspects, preparing and executing IT projects and change management. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP EHS module.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for SAP EHS-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the SAP EHS module, including Product Safety , Global Label Management , Substance Volume tracking ,ERC Content Update and Dangerous goods management .
- Handle support calls and tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring EHS-related problems and implement preventive measures.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing SAP EHS configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and implement solutions.
- Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Monitor EHS system performance and suggest improvements.
- Participate in EHS system upgrades, patches, and new implementations as needed.
- Provide user training and guidance on SAP EHS functionality and best practices.
- Stay updated on EHS regulations and ensure the system complies with current standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer sciences, economics/finance/management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in SAP support, with a focus on the EHS module.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EHS processes, including Product Safety , Global Label Management , Substance Volume tracking and Dangerous goods management .
- Understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in handling support tickets and resolving EHS-related issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
