SAP EDI & Project Support Intern

We are looking for a motivated student to join our team and support both EDI implementation and administrative activities. This role provides hands-on experience in IT processes, business operations, and project coordination.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹 EDI Implementation & Support (50%)

• Work with our team to implement new EDI requests and handle changes in EDI invoicing and self-billing.
• Explore EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT) and contribute to technical documentation and mapping specifications.
• Collaborate with process specialists to understand how business needs translate into IT solutions.
• Assist in analyzing real cases, identifying, and resolving EDI-related issues to ensure smooth data transmission.
• Communicate with external clients to explain technical EDI details.
• Gain hands-on experience with SAP, especially in Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.

🔹 Administrative & Project Coordination (50%)

• Support project cost bookings and financial tracking for ongoing initiatives.
• Organize, schedule, and moderate team meetings, ensuring effective communication.
• Assist in documentation and reporting
• Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth project execution.

Profile:

• Enrolled student with a curiosity for technology and digital processes
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Avaiability of min. 35h per week
• Basic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn.
• Fluent Polish & English (German is a plus).
