What you need to be successful
Mandatory / Required Skills
6-8 years of experience in SAP EDI implementation and support projects.
8 year+ of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects in the area of SAP LE (Logistics Execution).
In-depth functional knowledge of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle covering Ordering, Delivery, and Billing areas
Intercompany Sales - SO / PO Scenario, Cross company STO and Intercompany Billing
Transportation - Freight cost pricing and settlement
Shipping - Packing, Loading and Post good issue
Experience with 3PL EDI transactions and business processes (warehousing and transportation)
Functional experience with ABAP pricing routines and sales document user exits (sales order, delivery, billing etc.)
Good understanding of EDI IDocs and other interfaces, creating mapping specification documents on EDIFACT, X12, etc
Experience working with business users to gather requirements, design the solution, and implement through necessary SAP customizing and enhancements.
Hands on Experience of Customer EDI Transactions, and all SAP EDI configurations (i.e. Trading Partner Profile, Output Record Maintenance, etc).
Willing to work in rotational shift
Preferred / Nice to have
Experience writing functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom programs, IDOC enhancements through user exits, etc.
Ability to debug ABAP
Job Description / Responsibilities
Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Help with testing 3PL and Transportation Inbound and Outbound EDI transactions.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects and/or coordinate with other team member for resolution
Work with Business testers and partners to verify EDI transactions.
Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, Go Live & Hyper Care)
Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement
