The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high performing SAP S/4 transformation team implementing a strategic future state technology landscape for DWS Corporate Functions in Finance & Procurement areas.
- SAP DRC Consultant is responsible for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) implementation and support activities to ensure compliance with country-specific e-Invoicing, e-Reporting and statutory reporting mandates.
- Candidate will work as an individual contributor in the SAP S/4HANA environment, lead business discussions, coordinate with technical teams, and serve as a specialist providing functional consulting support for global compliance solutions.

Your key responsibilities
- Individual contributor as SAP DRC consultant and closely work with business, tax and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and design/implement SAP compliance solutions.
- Design, configure and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions for e-Invoicing, e-Reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
- Should be able to understand, design, and modify functional solutions in multiple areas of S4 FICO sub modules like General Ledge accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Tax etc. Focus should be to build solutions leveraging standard functionality.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs and middleware teams to enable integration with tax authorities and external compliance service providers.
- Formulate and create functional specification documentation, in close working with Business Analysts, Application Owners and Solution Architects.
- Creates and modifies business-facing documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
- Should be able to design and develop interfaces from S4 to other systems using IDOCs, CPI integration etc.
- Responsible for providing functional expertise, guidance, and business support to end users.
- Work with application developers to resolve functional issues from UATs, and to help find solutions for various functional difficulty areas.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Science or an IT-related discipline (or equivalent).
- 5 to 10 years of SAP Functional experience with at least 3 years of experience in SAP DRC / e-Invoicing solutions.
- Should have worked on at least 2 S4 HANA implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), eDocument Framework and statutory reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of PEPPOL, e-Invoicing mandates and digital tax compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points of FI/CO module with other enterprise applications like MDG, Concur, Ariba etc.
- Some exposure to ABAP is highly desirable
- Relevant S4 HANA certification would be preferred
- High analytical capabilities and proven communication skills.
- Profound knowledge of methods and tools for functional specifications
- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously
- Self-motivated within set competencies in a team and fast paced environments
- Fluent in English (written/verbal)

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Science, IT, or an equivalent discipline
- 5 to 10 years of SAP functional experience
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP DRC or e-invoicing solutions
- Experience delivering at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Strong expertise in SAP DRC, the eDocument Framework, and statutory reporting solutions
- Knowledge of PEPPOL, e-invoicing mandates, and digital tax compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of FI/CO integration points with MDG, Concur, Ariba, and other enterprise applications
- Exposure to ABAP

- Proven ability to prepare functional specifications using relevant methods and tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English
