The Team - Enterprise & Cloud Applications

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and MS Dynamics. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Your Impact

  • Perform in a leadership role (functional role and solution architect) and responsible for helping to shape the strategic direction of the SAP practice.
  • Drive best practices, understand clients’ requirements (Fit/Gap), lead configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment of SAP with an Agile approach.
  • Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Document and performing analysis of client environments including technology strategy, current technology architecture, organizational structure, and business processes.
  • Support the SAP team in deal shaping by designing mockups for demonstrations, presales activities, explain best practice flowcharts, and providing estimates for delivery.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
  • Create model documentation, develop implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
  • Continue to build personal expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Actively participating in career development activities.

At a minimum, you will have:

  • 8+ years of experience performing full life-cycle SAP implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live), combining Public and Private Cloud experience
  • Experience working with or demonstrated knowledge of aerospace & defense and manufacturing clients.
  • Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Deep knowledge of SAP projects and delivery methodology (Activate/Agile methodology).
  • Experience with SAP HANA migration technologies.
  • At least 6 full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
  • Knowledge of Module/Application specific SAP functionality as well as integration points with other modules.
  • Deep understanding of SAP's functionality and integration to meet business requirements.
  • Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations
  • Ability to provide technical oversight and guidance across multiple projects.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
  • US citizenship .

Preferably, you will have:

  • SAP Certified Consultant.
  • CPA, MBA, or PMP.
  • Functional experience with the following:
    • Standing up and managing major PMO organizations (particularly in a Scrum or Scaled Agile model)
    • Finance Transformation, including work with tools and processes associated with Close and Consolidation, FP&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Treasury Management
    • Business Transformation, including process optimization (BPR, Six Sigma/Lean) and performance benchmarking
