Job Description
Your role:
- Lead and manage cross-functional data projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies.
- Analyze and present data insights to support business strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing SAP S/4 HANA projects.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
- Knowledge of current application development and enterprise architecture standards.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse logistic processes.
