About the role:
As a SAP Developer with expertise in the field of AI, you will be working on exciting projects and own products (SAP Add-ons) and continuously developing your skills through hands-on experience and online SAP courses. You will become a part of a talented team of 30 developers and testers who are passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Which tasks can you expect?
Opportunity to work with new technologies (such as cloud and AI solutions)
Possibility to collaborate on designing, developing and implementation of proprietary SD Worx products (SAP Add-ons) and solutions in the HCM area used by thousands of people at European largest companies
Incorporate AI features into our products
Design and develop client functionalities and extensions
Participate in SAP solution implementations for SD Worx customers in a variety of technology scenarios (mainly cloud, but also on-premise) in terms of architecture building, technical specifications, and implementation
Acquire and expand your SAP development and extension expertise through project involvement and SAP online courses
What do you have to offer?
Good knowledge of the SAP HCM module or the SAP SuccessFactors system
Knowledge of the technology/programming language used in SAP (ABAP, SAPUI5 / Fiori, Java, JavaScript) and Eclipse environment
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
Experience (minimum 3 years) working in SAP IT department, or participation in SAP implementation projects as a programmer, technical consultant, architect, or integration specialist
Very good knowledge of at least 1 programming language (demonstrated by project experience and/or certification) and experience in developing applications and cloud solutions based on REST APIs.
English language knowledge at the B2/C1 level
Completed 2-3 full-cycle projects
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction
Nice to have:
Good understanding of AI principles, including transformers, embeddings, vector and graph databases
Experience in designing narrow AI models – choosing architecture, preparing data, performing training
Knowledge of popular ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph)
Practical knowledge of AI tools like Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot, including working with autonomous AI agents, AI assisted development and testing
Experience in designing and optimizing prompts and agent behaviors for reliability and cost efficiency
