Duties and Responsibilities :
- Migrate Legacy data to SAP ERP using SAP best practices and data migration techniques.
- Support the team on data migration and SAP Data Services.
- Design ETL Jobs to extract, cleanse, validate and transform data from SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Create and execute load programs to load data in SAP ECC from SAP Data Services using IDoc, BAPI & LSMW.
- Performance tuning of data services jobs to achieve maximum performance.
- Analyze data and ETL processes to ensure business needs are meet.
- Develop data quality routines using data services to cleanse, match and de-duplication of data.
- Develop appropriate system documentation and assist in developing end user documentation for implemented solutions
- Report to the manager of current project status using standard internal reporting methods.
Experience and Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ Years previous work experience in similar role.
- 8+ years of experience with SAP Data Services – including experience with data cleansing, data profiling, data transformations and necessary test plans to ensure successful execution of data loading process.
- Working knowledge on SAP LSMW, IDoc, BAPI or other SAP Data migration technologies.
- Experience with data analysis and data processing using Microsoft SQL.
- Strong functional, communication and organization skills, with a proven ability to effectively meet deadlines and milestones as well as provide timely updates.
