About the role Job SummaryResponsible for Data Migration process for all phases including extraction, transformation, loading.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Data Migration process for all phases including extraction, transformation, loading.
2. Oversee overall data cleansing to provide project reports, but this role can monitor the stats and help escalate when we're falling behind
3. Support with legacy system extracts and data analysis on an ad hoc basis.
4. Cleansing activities including, Support and guidance to business users, support all reporting needs, data profiles.
5. Managing, monitoring of all data cleansing activities including, support and guidance to business users, support all reporting needs, data profiles.
6. Ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met in each migration phase from Data Profiling, Extraction, Transformation and Load until Go-Live
7. Accountable for delivering successful test load and production load including sign-off and verification from the business owners
8. Accountable and responsible for developing risk matrix and mitigation plan.
9. Planning and tracking the plan delivery in area of data cleansing tasks.
10. Managing the load progress (test migrations and production upload) tracking data defects and issues in a structured way ensuring the resolution of the high importance ticket items
11. Tracking & implementing lessons learned systematically
12. Training of the project team on the data migration approach and framework used that everyone in the project organization understands the process
13. Ensure proper documentation for the migration requirements, relevancy rules, value mapping, field mappings.
14. Require travel depending on projects needs
15. Facilitate connecting project team with additional business SMEs for SAP processes related questions
16. Responsible for Data Migration Workstream phases deliverables (Activate Methodology):
17. Prepare: Legacy Data Audit. Migration Approach and Strategy
18. Realize: Data Load in QAS. Preliminary Cutover. Legacy Data Migration (Develop Data Migration Programs and Manual Data Migration processes. Data Quality reporting. Target Load Tests. Final Data Quality Assessment)

Skills Required
- Experience managing SAP data migration (extraction, transformation, loading) across project phases
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and QAS environment
- Data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality reporting experience
- Experience with legacy system extracts and ad hoc data analysis
- Ability to manage and monitor test and production loads, including business sign-off
- Experience developing risk matrices and mitigation plans
- Strong documentation skills for migration requirements, relevancy rules, value and field mappings
- Ability to train project teams on migration approach and framework
- Tracking and managing data defects and issues through resolution
- Willingness to travel depending on project needs
