About Program Phoenix
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of
SAP S/4 HANA, CRM and PLM.
Summary of Role:
The role will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end data migration process to S/4 HANA and other enterprise applications as part of a greenfield transformation project. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of SAP modules, data migration methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies. This role requires close working relationships with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture and the PMO.
Essential Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy tailored for each release of the transformation project, minimizing risks through detailed data change impact analysis.

Conduct Business Blueprint data migration workshops to discuss the data migration approach, source to target data mapping, transformation and cleansing requirements and finalize to-be design

Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation during migration.

Supporting all data load and cutover tasks for Mock, dress rehearsals and production cutover

Design ETL processes and oversee manual data transformations into SAP-loadable values

Implement robust data quality controls, including monitoring and auditing, to maintain long-term data integrity.
Required Qualifications:
-
Overall experience of 8-12 years as a data conversion lead for at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).

Proven experience in an S/4 transformation program with design and development of BODS, data loading using IDOC, BAPI, ABAP, LSMW, LTMC

Functional knowledge in one or more modules of SAP SD, MM, PM, FICO, MDG

Ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones

SAP Consulting expertise with a top tier organization is a must.

Knowledge of Oracle, PLM or CRM will be an advantage
Expected Salary Range
$90,000.00 - $162,500.00
