Are you ready to take your SAP CRM skills to the next level? We’re looking for a talented SAP CRM Consultant with a passion for the Utilities sector (IS-U). If you’re excited about optimizing customer relationships, integrating cutting-edge SAP technologies, and driving innovation, this role is for you!

Where you'll focus your expertise:

• You will design and configure SAP CRM 7.0+ for key modules like Interaction Center, Contract Management, and Billing within the Utilities sector.
• You will ensure seamless integration between SAP CRM and SAP IS-U, optimizing processes such as meter reading, invoicing, and contract accounts.
• You will enhance the customer experience by implementing the Interaction Center (IC) and Customer Service modules to efficiently manage inquiries, service orders, and case management.
• You will collaborate closely with business teams to optimize CRM processes, particularly in Billing and Contract Management, to drive efficiency.
• You will customize BSP, WebUI, BAdIs, Action Profiles, and Partner Determination to develop tailored, high-impact solutions.
• You will provide post-go-live support, resolving issues quickly and ensuring smooth CRM Middleware and BDoc operations.
• You will create user-friendly training materials and lead sessions to ensure end-users can easily master SAP CRM functionalities.

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• You bring over 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, with at least 3 years focused on SAP CRM for Utilities (IS-U).
• You have worked with SAP CRM Service, Interaction Center (IC), Contract Management, and Case Management, and know how to apply these tools to deliver impactful solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of SAP IS-U processes, such as billing, contract accounting (FI-CA), and meter management.
• You have integrated SAP IS-U with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications, ensuring smooth system functionality.
• You’re comfortable working with ABAP, BOL/GENIL, WebUI, BSP, and Middleware for CRM-ISU data exchange.
• You have got hands-on experience with BDocs, IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services.
• If you’ve worked with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or cloud-based CRM solutions, that’s a bonus and will definitely set you apart!
