Key Responsibilities
Participate in SAP implementation and support projects across modules such as PP/QM, FI/CO, SD, and HCM (HR with SF/Payroll integration).
Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure SAP systems accordingly.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Support testing, training, and documentation activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements for process optimization.
Assist in integration efforts between SAP modules and third-party applications.
Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1–5 years of experience as an SAP consultant (junior to mid-level).
Functional knowledge of one or more of the following SAP modules: PP/QM, FI/CO, SD, HCM.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Arabic-speaking is mandatory.
Based in KSA (Riyadh) with availability for full-time on-site work.
Experience in the cable manufacturing or broader industrial sector is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
Preferred Attributes
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll integration.
Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
