We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP application development, customization, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and ABAP, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable SAP solutions that support critical business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP applications while ensuring performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

As an SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and implementing robust SAP applications using modern SAP technologies. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using SAP BTP and ABAP.
• Develop custom applications, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Build and extend applications using SAP BTP services, including integration, application development, and cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate functional specifications into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, OData services, CDS Views, and integration components within the SAP ecosystem.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient coding techniques.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation for developed solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams during testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve system capabilities.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Expertise in ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP concepts.
• Experience developing custom reports, enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies and APIs.
• Experience with CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori backend development.
• Good understanding of SAP data models, database concepts, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with SAP transport management and development lifecycle.
• Experience debugging, testing, and maintaining SAP applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in SAP development and consulting.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA development and migration projects.
• Familiarity with SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• SAP certifications in SAP BTP or ABAP are highly desirable.
