The SAP Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for connecting the AI platform to SAP SuccessFactors. This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of HR and Productivity modules, ensuring that the AI platform effectively "talks" to the customer’s SAP backend to automate core business functions.
- SAP Configuration: Configure and implement integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant SAP modules for automated user provisioning and role mapping.
- Workflow Automation: Enable employee data sync and leave management workflows between SAP and the Client's HR module.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the delivery timeline from kickoff to go-live specifically for the SAP integration stream.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between SAP standard capabilities and Client requirements, providing feedback to the product engineering team.
- Compliance: Ensure SAP data handling aligns with local Saudi Arabia data privacy regulations (PDPL).
- Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience managing or implementing SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP projects.
- Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP APIs, OData services, and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Market Experience: Prior experience working in the Saudi Arabia/GCC market is strongly preferred.
