Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and the continuous development of our SAP processes implemented. Your scope of activities will cover both SAP ECC and in future SAP S/4HANA.
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, and assist in SAP small-scale rollouts.
- Take care of the operations support within your area of responsibility by targeted resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Implement and configure solutions in SAP QM and WM modules to meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business users and other IT experts to gather and clarify requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM/WM with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Provide support to key users and ensure proper documentation of processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP QM or WM related issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute your ideas and implementation efforts to improve service quality.
- Support SAP upgrade projects and process automation initiatives.
- Completed vocational training or university degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP QM and WM.
- Strong understanding of core aspects within SAP QM (quality planning, quality inspection, quality control) and WM (warehouse structure, warehouse processes, inventory management).
- Experience with quality and warehouse management processes.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic debugging (ABAP knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Understanding of key integration points between SAP QM/WM and other modules.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and propose SAP solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both business users and IT teams.
- Ability to work independently on most tasks while collaborating with a team when needed.
- Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
- Moderate travel requirements (<10%).
