About The Role

As a SAP Consultant (PP) in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in supporting for the entire SAP PP area and carrying out adjustments in SAP PP module by means of customizing.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Creation of functional and technical concepts for the development and implementation of SAP solutions in English
• Design and implementation of processes and functions in rollout projects, as well as the associated customizing tasks
• Implementation of training courses and support with integration and regression tests
• Communication with external consultants and the associated helpdesk
• Taking on sub-projects and communicating with key users
• Coordination with audit companies and provision of the necessary data

In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.

Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, with opportunities to grow, within Solutions or wider Global IT team.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• You have professional experience in the SAP PP environment as a consultant
• You have a successfully completed degree or comparable training, ideally with SAP experience in the module PP
• You may have experience in SAP ABAP programming (debugging, reading programs...)
• You may have experience in the conversion from ERP to SAP 4/HANA
• You enjoy occasional travel and communicate very well in English
• You are able to understand complex interrelationships and have a strong analytical mindset
• Furthermore, your character is characterized by initiative, team spirit and creativity
• You have experience with MES systems or mobile devices

Nice To Have

Technical knowledge of EDI/IDoc/interfaces/LSMW/ALE is preferred

Language

• Good written and spoken English is essential
• Proficiency in Deutsch is an added advantage, however not mandatory
