Job DescriptionArchitect, define, and execute tailored SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions.
Elicit and translate complex business and technical needs into functional mediation processes.
Build and manage mediation pipelines, routing logic, schemas, and transformation rules.
Establish robust event processing, filtering, validation, and data collection mechanisms.
Deliver data enrichment, formatting, and record aggregation structures.
Connect SAP CM with external systems, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
Manage high-volume data mediation for subscription platforms, utilities, and telecommunications.
Draft rigorous functional specifications and technical architecture documentation.
Oversee unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Investigate, track, and remediate technical defects discovered during validation.
Partner closely with multi-functional delivery teams across all delivery phases.
Direct go-live activities, deployment workflows, and hypercare stabilization efforts.

Qualifications:
At least 4-5 years of Hands on experience in SAP Convergent Mediation, and should have Integration experience with SAP CC and SAP CI modules.
Preferred Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech
