Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Channel Sales Manager to join New Era an end to end systems integration IT Services MSP. This role is crucial in driving our SAP-related business growth through strategic partner relationships and effective sales strategies. The SAP Channel Manager will report to the SVP Business Development and Strategic Alliances. This role will serve as the crucial liaison between New Era Technology solutions teams and SAP partner managers, driving $15 million in new bookings growth and strengthening the SAP New Era partnership.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key SAP channel partner managers, sales representatives and SAP solution managers and SAP delivery managers.
  • Managing and maintaining partner portal revenue, incentive and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal New Era solutions teams to create and execute effective sales strategies aligned with SAP offerings.
  • Align account executives to necessary tools, training, and resources to drive SAP product and New Era related sales opportunities.
  • Monitor New Era performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead regular business review meetings with Cisco.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP products and industry trends to educate internal teams and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Cisco's sales policies and procedures.
  • Track and promote New Era SAP Certification status and trainings.
  • Drive New Era revenue growth aligned to SAP strategic solutions. (Network, Infrastructure, Security, AI)
  • Accelerate current SAP Architecture revenue and increase attach-rate within new Era solutions portfolio.
  • Assist in strategic marketing planning aligned with New Era Business planning lead generation and account marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with SAP account teams to advocate for our company within Cisco3.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP and the SAP Sales Cycle.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco's monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in partner management, especially within the tech industry.

Pay Range

$120,000$130,000 USD
