Job Description• Candidate should have 4 - 6 years of experience as a C4C techno functional consultant.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and custom developments using SAP C4C SDK (Cloud Application Studio).
• Configure C4C functional components, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules as per client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain integration scenarios using OData/SOAP services to connect with external systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements across custom developments.
• Participate in solution design, blueprinting, and documentation for new implementations or change requests.
Skills Required
• Hands-on experience with SAP C4C SDK (Cloud Application Studio), ABSL scripting and UI Designer.
• Design and enhance Business Objects, UI components, and custom logic to support customer-specific business processes.
• Good understanding of functional processes in C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Experience in custom Business Object development, extension scenarios, and workflow configuration.
• Familiarity with integration frameworks using OData, SOAP, and standard communication arrangements.
• Ability to debug, optimize performance, and maintain custom developments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-interfacing skills.
• Adding SDK/PDI Extension fields to the standard screen as per business needs and extending it to OData and service.
• Establish extension field link between the new business object and an existing business object
• C4C Integration Experience with non-SAP systems is a must.
• Creating static/dynamic code list, Object Value Selector (OVS).
• Basic functional knowledge – KUT rule modeler, workflow, Data workbench is a plus.
• SAP C4C certification (technical or functional) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in agile/scrum environments and interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
