Job Description• Candidate should have 8 - 10 years of experience as a C4C technical consultant.
• Develop custom solutions in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) using SDK (PDI/Cloud Application Studio).
• Create and enhance Business Objects, Scripts, Data Sources, and UI elements within C4C.
• Build and deploy custom applications using SAP Build Apps (No Code/Low Code and Pro Code) for extended functionality.
• Proficient with Architecture of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed components.
• Conduct unit testing, deployment, and documentation of custom developments.
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, and lifecycle management of technical solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills
Skills Required
• Hands-on experience with SAP C4C SDK (Cloud Application Studio) and ABSL scripting.
• Skilled in UI Designing/Extensibility/Embedded Components using UI Designer.
• Highly skilled in BODL, ABSL, Ruby Scripting, Actions & Events
• Forms – Knowledge on Adobe Lifecycle Designer tool.
• Proficient in SAP Build Apps for low-code/no-code application development.
• Strong understanding of C4C and SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 architecture, data models, and UI customization.
• Experience with web service integrations (OData, SOAP, REST APIs).
• Familiar with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and extensibility concepts.
• Basic programming skills in JavaScript, Node.js or mobile development is a plus.
• Good knowledge of C4C functional areas – Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in agile/scrum environments and interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
