Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of business needs with SAP functionalities.
• Provide daily support for SAP modules, resolving user issues and ensuring system stability.
• Configure business parameters and maintain master data within the SAP system as per business requirements.
• Assist and train end users in the effective use of SAP applications, promoting adoption and best practices.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into detailed functional specifications for SAP technical teams.
• Participate in SAP testing activities, including test planning, execution, and end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support SAP project implementations, upgrades, or rollouts through project coordination and documentation.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and end users in both English and French.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French (oral and written).
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules and related business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycles, configuration, and support processes.

• Creative problem-solving skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong interest and experience in information systems and enterprise solutions.
