We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Developer with hands-on experience in developing and operating applications in BTP technology. As a key member of our BTP technology team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern applications on the BTP platform. You will collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into innovative solutions that drive business value.

What you will be doing:

• Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Customize and extend SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
• Develop and implement SAP Cloud Platform applications, including backend services and APIs
• Configure and optimize SAP HANA databases for the performance and scalability of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP BTP-based applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BTP solutions
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate APIs into web and mobile applications
• Optimize applications for performance and reliability, conducting thorough troubleshooting and debugging
• Troubleshoot and debug API-related issues, ensuring seamless operation

• Proven experience in developing and operating applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Expertise in Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).
• Proficiency in JAVA, and / or Node.js, JavaScript, and REST/OData APIs.
• Experience working with SAP Business Application Studio or similar IDE (e.g., Visual Studio Code).
• Solid understanding of cloud development principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
